Should Early Maori Art Be Preserved?

SHOULD EARLY MAORI ART BE PRESERVED?
I strongly believe that ancient Maori art on cave walls should be preserved.

Firstly, Maori art is VERY old, valuable and worth A LOT of money. All the drawing on the cave walls are extremely old and worn out, if people touch them they could easily get damaged. These drawing are already worth A LOT of money; just imagine how much they will be worth in a few more years?!?

Secondly, I think old Maori art should be preserved its shows New Zealand history stories. Without these drawings on cave walls, people could forget about the New Zealand history including how they hunted back then and how they lived their everyday lives. It also reminds people of how lucky we are these days to live so happily.

Finally, I strongly believe that Maori art should be preserved because it is part of the New Zealand history. Think about this, ‘would you be happy if someone damaged of threw away some of your families most important history?’ I expect you think ‘no’, New Zealand history is just as important as your families history.

To sum up, I STRONGLY believe that ancient Maori art should be preserved because it is very old, worth a lot of money, tells New Zealand history and is part of New Zealand. Ancient Maori art should defiantly be preserved, protected and respected!
